Contact enquiries
We process your name, email address and the event details submitted through the form to respond to your enquiry and contact you. Do not include confidential attendee information or particularly sensitive personal data. Enquiries are stored separately. This private preview does not yet have an automatic deletion cutoff; please contact us with a deletion request.
Events and documentation
Spoken contributions are processed for transcription and translation. Depending on the chosen workflow, audio, transcripts and summaries may be stored. The event organiser determines their use, participant information and permissions. Specific retention and deletion periods are established in the relevant event and contractual arrangements.
Swiss operation
The service uses Swiss hosting. Suisse IT GmbH is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Swiss Safety Center certificate no. 26-511-723, valid until 27 September 2029.
Accounts, website and external content
For organiser accounts, we process email addresses, display names and protected authentication details. Necessary session cookies enable sign-in and event access. Technical usage data supports operation. Technically necessary connection data may be processed for secure operation. The central company section is embedded from suisse-it.ch. An external appointment planner is only offered through an identified link when configured.
Your rights
You may request access, correction and, where provided by law, deletion or restriction. Please contact the address above. For event content, the relevant organiser is also your point of contact.
