Help for organisers and participants

AI provides the translation. Organisers and attendees can find help here with setup, QR access, audio and live text.

How do I join an event?

Open the invitation link or scan the QR code with your smartphone camera. Then choose your language and start audio playback.

Do I need headphones?

We recommend headphones for translated speech. They keep the room quiet and prevent the microphone from picking up the translation again. You can read text without headphones.

I cannot hear anything. What should I check?

Start playback on the page. Check media volume, headphones and Bluetooth, then your Internet connection and selected language. If several people cannot hear anything, tell the organiser.

Can I change language?

Yes. Your language selection is personal and can be changed during the event. Check audio playback after switching.

How do I prepare the venue?

Use a clear microphone or mixing-desk feed. Check Internet access with your technical team and rehearse with the intended devices, languages and headphones.

How accurate is the translation?

Audio quality, speaking pace, dialect and specialist terminology affect the result. Automatic translation can misrepresent content. Qualified people and specialist review are needed for medical, legal or other consequential decisions.

What happens to recordings and documents?

The organiser determines the available recordings, transcripts and summaries, and who can access them. Establish what will be recorded and who will receive the results before the event.

Can you support us on site?

Preparation, setup, rehearsal and support during your event can be arranged separately. Describe your event using the contact form.

Let’s discuss your audience, venue and workflow to define a suitable use of AI live translation and the technical support you need.
